Tensorgrip® TC49 is a premium fine mist spray adhesive designed for precision composite work. Its ultra-lightweight, super-tacky spray pattern provides strong hold without penetrating substrates, making it ideal for thin and thick fabrics alike.
Compatible with most resin systems—including epoxy—TC49 is the most versatile all-rounder in the Tensorgrip® composites range. With fast tack, low odour, and repositionability, it delivers exceptional control during fibreglass and FRP/GRP infusion.

Bagaimana cara menggunakan
- Persiapan Permukaan
Pastikan permukaan bersih, kering, dan bebas dari debu, minyak, atau lemak.
- Pengaturan
Shake the canister or aerosol well. For canisters, connect hose and spray gun securely. Check fittings for leaks before use.
- Aplikasi
Spray 10–20 cm from the surface at a 90° angle for even coverage. For double-sided bonding, spray both surfaces—one vertically and one horizontally.
For best results, apply between 16–27°C in a well-ventilated workspace.
- Ikatan
Allow the adhesive to tack off until touch-dry. Align and press surfaces firmly together.
- Bersih-bersih
Clean spray tips with Tensorgrip® S105 Acetone Cleaner. Do not pierce nozzle with a pin.
