Overview
Tensorgrip® L32 is a premium strength contact adhesive developed for broad use across cabinetmaking, shopfitting, and joinery.
Uniquely formulated for melamine, it bonds melamine-to-melamine without surface scuffing and delivers outstanding adhesion on PVC edging, laminates, aluminium sheeting, MDF, plywood, FRP/GRP and bendy board. Its adjustable web spray pattern supports diverse applications, making Tensorgrip® L32 one of the most versatile adhesives in the Tensorgrip® range.

How to use
- Surface Preparation
Designed for double-sided application. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
- Setup
Shake the canister or aerosol well. Connect hose and spray gun securely and check for leaks.
- Application
Spray 10–20 cm from the surface at a 90° angle, applying a consistent, even coat to achieve 80–100% coverage. Spray both surfaces—one vertically, one horizontally.
If the spray tip clogs, remove and clean with lacquer thinner or Tensorgrip® C101 Citrus Adhesive Cleaner.
- Bonding
Allow to tack until touch-dry. Position substrates carefully and press firmly together for full contact.
- Clean-Up
Clean spray tips with Tensorgrip® C101 Citrus Adhesive Cleaner.
