Ikhtisar
Tensorgrip® 232 is a multi-purpose contact spray adhesive engineered to create stronger bonds by remaining on the surface of the substrate rather than soaking in. This allows for greater adhesive contact and delivers very high initial bond strength across foam, fabric, carpet, insulation and timber-based materials.
With fast tack, a soft bond line and low VOC formulation, Tensorgrip® 232 is well suited to upholstery, mattress manufacturing, insulation fabrication and other applications where bond performance and productivity are critical.

Bagaimana cara menggunakan
- Persiapan Permukaan
Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, wax and other contaminants.
- Pengaturan
Shake the canister or aerosol well. For canisters, connect hose and spray gun securely and check all fittings for leaks.
- Aplikasi
Spray 10–20 cm from the surface at a 90° angle, applying a uniform coat to achieve 80–100% coverage. Apply adhesive to both surfaces. For optimum coverage, spray one surface vertically and the other horizontally.
Jika ujung semprotan tersumbat, keluarkan dan bersihkan dengan pengencer pernis atau Pembersih Perekat Jeruk Tensorgrip® C101.
- Ikatan
Allow adhesive to tack off until it no longer transfers to the knuckle when touched. Carefully align and press surfaces together with firm, even pressure.
- Bersih-bersih
Bersihkan ujung semprotan dengan Pembersih Perekat Jeruk Tensorgrip® C101.
